Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Christmas at the Princess Ticketing
1. Event Overview: General Admission inclusions: 10Million Christmas lights, STARLIGHTS an Electric Symphony, 3-D Video Mapping Show, A Christmas Wish, Santa’s Mailroom, The Chair Lift Ferris Wheel, Snow Mountain Sledding, Nordic9 Mini Golf, Princess Express Train, Ice Jet, Santa’s Sleigh Ride, Santa’s Train Ride, Snowman Bounce House, Christmas Carousel, Christmas Nativity, 5 Christmas Signature Character Meet & Greet. Additional items available for purchase: Ice Skating, Photos with Santa, Ultimate Santa Experience, VIP Fire Table Rentals, Food & Beverage, Concessions, and Retail. Ride height limits apply for guest safety and vary per ride. Please refer to the ChristmasatthePrincess.com website for further detail. Hours of operation are: Either 5pm-10pm or 4pm-11pm. 2. Redemption: Tickets must be booked online in advance at ChristmasatthePrincess.com. Upon arrival to the property, the tickets will be scanned and redeemed.
3. Confirmation and Documentation: Upon successful redemption, a confirmation email and tickets will be sent to the provided email address.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided. Christmas at the Princess is a rain or shine event. The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. No extensions will be granted. This certificate has no cash value. The package is subject to availability. Any modifications to the reservation may be subject to additional fees.

• By entering the event grounds, you expressly assume all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards, which include, but are not limited to, property damage arising from or related in any way to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event
• By entering the event grounds, you willingly give your permission for Fairmont Scottsdale Princess to capture your image via video and photography for its unrestricted use in all forms of media/marketing, without compensation.
