Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Pumpkin Fest at the Princess Ticketing
1. Event Overview: General Admission inclusions: Pumpkin Patch, Jack-O-Lantern Lawn, Cider Orchard, Pumpkin Twirl, Phantom's Revenge, Wacky Worm Roll-a-Coaster, Global Swings, Baja Buggies, Fun Slide, Crazy Dumbos, Patches Pumpkin Pounce Pad, The Hay Maze, Ghost Blasters Laser Tag, 10+ Photo Ops, 2 Signature Character Appearances, VIP Fire Table Rentals, Food & Beverage, Concessions, and Retail. Ride height limits apply for guest safety and vary per ride. Please refer to the PumpkinfestatthePrincess.com website for further detail. Hours of operation are: Either 5pm-9pm or 4pm-10pm. Please refer to the PumpkinFestasatthePrincess.com website for daily hours of operation.
2. Redemption: Tickets must be booked online in advance at PumpkinFestatthePrincess.com. Upon arrival to the property, the tickets will be scanned and redeemed.
3. Confirmation and Documentation: Upon successful redemption, a confirmation email and tickets will be sent to the provided email address.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided. Pumpkin Fest at the Princess is a rain or shine event. The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. No extensions will be granted. This certificate has no cash value. The package is subject to availability. Any modifications to the reservation may be subject to additional fees.
